New Development in The Roads

roads atton01

Earlier this month, both the Atton Hotel and Le Parc Condo projects topped off, marking the continued development of Brickell into its neighboring communities.  Immediately to the west of Brickell lies a diamond shaped grouping of blocks called The Roads.  Consisting mainly of single family homes, this neighborhood also has a few areas that are undergoing more dense development.  East of I-95, lies a handful of midrise condos as well as several new projects, including Le Parc condos, Atton Hotel, Cassa Brickell and Hilton's Homewood Suites.  Spotted with a series of midrise condo, apartment and office buildings, SW 3rd Ave cuts through the middle of the Roads.  During the most recent building boom, this avenue as been largly untouched, eventhough it is just steps away from the furious development of Brickell.  SW 11th street defines the northern edge of the Roads and is also the site for the Eleven in The Roads Condos.  Designed by Kobi Karp, this project will feature 24 contemporary 2,3, and 4 bedroom residences and will establish a very new and exciting trend for the neighborhood.
