Founded in 2005 by designer Anna Busta, Studio B Design offers design services for commercial, residential and hospitality projects. Busta previously worked in-house at W as a senior designer after winning a design competition sponsored by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc., W Hotel's parent company. Busta drew upon traditional design elements, contemporary culture and unique materials for W South Beach's public spaces, including the Living Room and reception area which reflect Busta's eclectic taste with pieces from flea markets mixed in with iconic furniture from the likes of B&B Italia and Cappellini. Some of Busta's other clients include the Viceroy, Playboy, Universal Music Group and The Related Companies.



Residence Interiors: YABU PUSHELBERG
Founded 20 years ago by partners George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, the New York and Toronto-based interior design firm Yabu Pushelberg is one of the premier interior design firms in the country. Their commercial projects have garnered the firm major accolades, including the James Beard Foundation Award for restaurant design and Interior Design magazine's Hall of Fame. For The Residences at W South Beach, Yabu Pushelberg designed understated, elegant guest rooms representative of the firm's lauded aesthetic. Working from a palette of white, gray black and chrome, the light-filled rooms are enlivened with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning ocean views. Luxe details include crocodile-embossed leather armchairs, custom Zebrano wood wardrobes, and Cippolino Italian marble.
